• Arrangement of Sale and Leaseback transactions acquiring aircraft with leases attached for Investors.
• The purchase of individual aircraft and fleets with no lease attached. AMS manages the purchase, and the transition period until new leases are arranged and negotiated by AMS.
• The management of Aircraft subject to lease, including maintenance audit, rental and reserve collection and lease monitoring
• Co-investment with other investors, where AMS will act as managing partner on the purchase of leased equipment.
